@steely_glint @moopet Not sure about the details, but the model was definitely already on my (beast of a) Mac, an M4 Pro on Tahoe 26.5 Beta (25F5053d). Not sure about other models or OS versions. So far it's been working as promised.

@tomayac @moopet It's not the model I'm worried about. Having a Claude written bit of software auto updating on my dev machine is a supply chain attack vector I don't need at the moment. I.e. I'm not installing any auto updating open source that has Claude as a major contributor onto my dev machine, whatever it is supposed to do.
