It is hard to find information. For example, this very readable website by the government of Canada also only mentions the fees for document submissions itself, not the sums of money needed to actually be approved under any category.
『Citizenship and immigration application fees - Fee list』
https://ircc.canada.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
『Canada Business Immigration: The Ultimate 2026 Guide』
https://www.globalcitizensolutions.com/canada-business-immigration/
『Immigrate as a provincial nominee』
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees.html
I just used the online wizard for Ontario's one, and can't find a price estimate because it seems the program is closed for anyone who doesn't have Canadian education and/or isn't a nurse. But I'm aware that you're supposed to have several hundred thousand in Canadian dollars

I almost find it hard to blame illegal immigrants and haphazard legal migrants, because the way national borders are implemented in the world, it's seriously esoteric how to even legally immigrate. The premise of every border is to only let in people that are desired by the state for exactly the period that is tolerated, but that results in inconsistency and verboseness and extreme sums of money if you are not such a highly-desired person. 1/2
