Video by someone who trusts 30 million yen is an appropriate fee for enterprise visas (matching the US and Singapore apparently*). I tried to use a search engine, and sites for the US and Singapore only cite small-scale application fees and claim immigration towards permanent residency should cost within the thousands.

It is hard to find information.
