@flipper @aparrish Sure, if I'd sell or rent out shovels I'd also say that anyone that doesn't use a shovel in their daily lives is a low performer. Clearly the cleaner that uses more shovels is the better one. It's definitely not just so that I can sell more shovels. No, no...
