Tuesday I was filling out a job application and rather than the standard male and female options for gender it had a whole slew of options including questioning, agender, non-binary, transgender, trans man/man trans woman/woman, Questioning, male, female as usual, Not listed and a few others. It made my heart happy to see the variety and diversity listed and wish I had made a list at the time.

Oh and just to note, this is part of the self-identification section, so prefer not to say is also a response on the list. It was within the veteran, race and disability question section.

@blindbat84 Oh I love it when I see that. 98% of the time it's just the binary, but then there are the ones that just lift my soul, or the ones that have pronoun fields.
