@DosFox What about the efforts to run those versions on CHRP hardware?
EDIT: Nah, my bad. The CHRP versions cap out at 8.0, so the gap is still there.

@Geekman CHRP has allowed system 6.0.8 to run on PowerPC hardware. The problem is it's still running on a Mac, and WiiMac only targets Mac OS X
