  @KentNavalesi one of the criticisms of the western education system is the emphasis on production. What if instead of producing essays, learning was done through conversation, in peer groups, long-term pair learning, and in conversation with teachers, in addition to lectures where the students' role is to ask (rather than answer) difficult questions? @nholzschuch
