@feditips I get the same behavior when using the standard web interface.
Thus, I suppose the piaille.fr instance uses english emoji

@pejiji Oh no, I'm sorry about that. It looks like the default emoji pack on Mastodon has english descriptions even if it's set to another language? This is not a good situation, it ought to translate emoji names as well.
