Weather forecast for 222mm of rain next Wednesday. Time to build an ark. Actually, we'll be fine (house on high ground) but we might easily get rained in for a few days if the road floods, as it occasionally has done in the past. Many of our neighbours who've moved here only in the last 5 or 8 years have *no* idea what they might be in for. Personally I have my doubts about the forecast; model artefacts happen when you have floating point numbers driving an inherently chaotic system model.
