How much space do you have inside and how long will the house last? Permanently with regular care? Asking because I come from a country of brick houses. 😄

The building is permanent to flooding. It’s permanent to wildfire. However flames into the roof vents could take the rafters and roofing. It’s permanent to tornadoes. The rafters clips are code. #cob, #zone4b.
