We used to think that grieving went through five stages: denial, protest, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. We no longer really believe in that theory, but when it comes to dealing with the US, many Europeans are however currently busily negotiating with reality.

@cory@follow.coryd.dev @bert_hubert@eupolicy.social Short sentences – then it can be translated. Not everyone is fluent in English. Korte zinnen - dan kun je het ook vertalen. Niet iedereen spreekt vloeiend Engels. Kurze Sätze - dann kann man das auch übersetzen. Nicht alle können fliesend English.
