I’m having great fun trying to be imagine what ParcelForce’s systems are like under the hood. For context, I’m waiting for a delivery and get five different statuses for it: 🌍 preparing to return to sender (no, it’s not) 💷 customs charges due (no, I paid them) 📦 at sorting depot (maybe?) 📍at delivery depot (might be??) ✅ delivered! (It hasn’t been) How do you get into the situation where one ID can give five statuses? I mean I know how you could, but wow! #software #interestingArchitecture
