I woke up in the middle of the night and listened to two podcasts. One was dealing with the speed the universe as it expands and how two studies, both with evidence, got two significantly different speeds-one studying plancks and one measuring a certain kind of double star system as reference points. The idea might be the expansion was faster in the beginning and different elsewhen or where
But the second podcast focused on what the speed of light actually is.

The speed of light is a conversion factor between space and time. Then there is quantum locality. Doesn't that break the speed of light? No, because you cannot verify quantum entanglement by anything other than sublight means. Information is not "going" beyond FTL to get from point a to b in a quantum connection. Spooky action at a distance just doesn't make sense to me. Needless to say that put me to sleep. So glad that literature degree was good for something.🫤
