@Climatehistories I think my own reaction to what I’ve seen of the great green wall because I believe some of it is based on ecological restoration, but it seems now that a lot of includes an enormous amount of technology investment. This is contrasted with the efforts and Africa, which have stunning results with proper ecological restoration plans, and a little more than sweat equity and hand tools.
