#WritersCoffeeClub May 3: Do you write your works locali(s)zed to the setting or your background? Both. My first series is set in Boston. I didn't spend a lot of time on descriptions of the area, so I was pleasantly surprised when readers said they got a good sense of place from it. Some of it may be familiarity on their part; might need more detail in a lesser known municipality. The current WIP is more about my background than locality. But there's a lot of coastal, so...maybe?
