@decryption@aus.social good work ditching beehiiv for the sizzle newsletter. they would randomly block my VPN, depending on what server I was coming from (all mullvad) so was very hit and miss when I tried to open links.
not sure how much work/housekeeping you plan on doing, but subscriber RSS feeds would be a "nice to have". Currently using Kill the Newsletter! now and it's working fine, so no big deal if you don't want to do that. just a suggestion if you're looking for things to mess with.

@ejstacey@social.joyrex.net RSS is high on my list just because email is getting enshittified, so an alternate delivery mechanism is a good backup imho
