I've been using Firefox a bit of late after not having done so for years. There are some nice accessibility things, but one aspect that irks me is that every time I launch it, it sends a toast notif asking if I'd like to set it as default. If I hit no thanks, it pops up the settings dialog in Windows anyway. It will also continue to ask every time it's launched.
