@BoydStephenSmithJr yeah, you’ve definitely covered more of the bases than most. These are complex nuanced issues with a lot of edge cases in every direction. For context, I’m in Europe with the benefits of mixed-use zooming and decent transit, but still have a car, because I’m disabled and that make my life easier when it’s already very hard.
