@weirdestate I'm puzzled by the price. $1.75M for 4000 sq ft in Berkeley California? I though that was quite a pricey place to live. (I'm in Canada).

  • @PapyrusBrigade Yeah, that does seem like a suspiciously good price. Maybe the roof is bad, or development is restricted. It's in a high fire danger area, which could impair the price a little, and maybe its glorious design is a specialized taste. I would be stoked to get that, though. @weirdestate

    @PapyrusBrigade @weirdestate SF Bay Arean here. Yes, I think there’s a major undisclosed problem. My house is only a quarter of that size but approaching that price.
