My hands are comparatively useless these days, but I can still cook. The days of fixing cars are gone, but my better half loves the food I cook. There are three wins. She likes it, I like it, and I’ve still got SOME use. Paella with a ‘cheap’ Spanish wine, Viño Sol. It used to be €1 in Estepona, it’s 7 bloody quid in the U.K., but a cracking accompaniment to my paella!
