Life has been "complicated" for a bunch of reasons for a few months. Basically, we have been off the hill for a while. We essentially missed winter, and it was a good one. First time in years our ice axe didn't get used or even carried. But this week, we did a local round twice. Only 10 miles and 1700ft of climbing. So about half of what we would normally do in a day. Once on Monday, once on Friday. So add them together and it would be a proper hill trip, just split with a three day gap. Progess is being made. Some consistency at this for a few weeks and we will try to get a day with 3000+ft in. But for now... We are a happy bunch of girls. Pics from yesterday.
