We wanted a power point put in, so we booked a sparky who put a power point in. No begging from a landlord via an agent and waiting for weeks. Not that we would have even bothered asking as renters, because there's no fucking way they'd do something optional just because it makes the place better to live in. I have never been so excited about a power point.
