I’m preparing for painting a 1930s livery on the railway coaches I’m building for a commission. I’ve now fallen into a whole warren of rabbit holes trying to work out the form of lining, lettering, and so on.

@snaptophobic@mastodon.me.uk I've accumulated sufficient green diesels and maroon coaches, intended to repaint to blue/grey which I am marginally skilled and equipped to do, I'm considering just modelling the mid/late 60s instead of mid/late 70s
