Just watched THE CHASE (1946), which was a mess. Not terrible, per se, but oddly disjointed with inconsistencies that made it feel like two or three different films crammed into one. Peter Lorre as the weary and put-upon Gino was the best part. #FilmNoir #OldHollywood
