They already scan every detail about the car other than the license plate (dents, scratches, color, bumper stickers, etc). Patent US11416545B1 is for scanning humans. Flock is insidious. Once the infrastructure is in place, all it takes is an update to turn them into something worse. Do some research, there's plenty of professional information and cases on the risks and "misuse" (working as intended) of these things. Good luck.
