• How will a VPN aid in privacy? What will a VPN not do for privacy?

  As the title says. Im trying to migrate towards privacy based choices all around. A VPN has been tough, I cant access some websites and i dont think i could convince my wife to adopt using it. I still use it anyway.

  I went to Honeygrow for the first time yesterday. Its like a salad version of Chipotle. When i was picking up my order at the counter someone was clocking in by scanning their face. I asked, “do you need to scan your face to clock in?” And she said yes in and out every day. Ive never seen this anywhere but I dont have a job that requires clocking in anymore.   Hello, the title sums it up pretty much but here’s some details. I live in the US and I have been working for a pretty big company for a few years. I noticed recently that they have put up Flock cameras at all entrances and I really object to it. I would consider a new job but three main factors are really preventing me from doing that.   Thanks to everyone who replied to my prior post on Flock cameras at the entrance to my work. I worked some emails to my union asking if I could see any contract between our company and Flock. The request was forwarded to the union president who replied to say that the union doesnt have that information and that they follow corporate policy.
