Texass is now considering attempting to require ISP's to block websites that provide instruction on how to get an abortion in defiance of Texas's Christian nationalist ban on abortion.
ISPs and Texas will of course have no more luck blocking Tor and VPN access to abortion sites than they do blocking access to porn sites.
IF YOU LIVE IN A GOP STATE: Please teach yourself how to use Tor or a VPN now, before you need to use it in an emergency situation. Tor is far safer than VPNs, many of which either require (trackable) payment or sell data, so this is the approach I would advise.
