Ok new business idea:
Buy old meter maid cars. Rehab to be electric and autonomous but only go like 15mph max. Set them up so you can put a car seat / groceries / a dog in the back. Sit back and watch the $$ roll in.

@minmi there’s always a few converted Cushmans running around SF. a big annoying snag is that they’re licensed as motorcycles. but certainly the e-moto Discourse lately demonstrates there’s a market for something between an e-bike and an electric car!
