Every year in the first couple free days of May my town has a huge plant (specifically for replanting, is there an English word for that?) selling market. For some unknown (for me) reason, it is particularly popular with Estonians and Finnish. It is way too much people for my tastes, but I like how it allows me to start the spring with replenishing my balcony pots – fresh herbs, new summer flowers, everything I need at one place. For me this event is the real start of warm season.

Got myself a new laurel plant and majoram. For the first time – savory and olive herb. Sadly, nobody has written down, which kind of savory this is – annual or perennial. Woke up late, almost didn't got my traditional sweet alyson plants, it got me thinking about sprouting them from seeds myself next year. Spent several hours in the balcony potting and repotting everything. Made mess. Am happy. Lovely two days these had been. Summery weather.
