The #US withdrawing from their european bases is a painful - but in my opinion necessary - logical next step for the US into their now all but inevitable demise and the chance for europe to become far more Independent of outside influence. This does NOT remedy the urgent need for anti-corruption reforms in just about every country and the #EU itself. Clinging onto american "leadership" just risk europe being pulled into the same vortex
