@elfkin oh right, there is a shell. No way could soy be absorbed during the boiling process 🤦‍♂️ I definitely didn’t leave it on simmer, they were just resting in water. But maybe it wasn’t hard boiled. I’ve forgotten all my timings now as we now use a dedicated appliance for eggs. Good luck!
