Seems like some of these shortcuts are assigned by default on macOS… or were? For some windowing-related operations.
If you press either one of these shortcuts, does anything happen on your Mac?

“Merely picking keyboard shortcuts actually takes time and care” is a great example of why UI design is, fractally, a lot of work

@Cykelero Note that Apple is now using the ↑ and ↓ glyphs to indicate Page Up and Page Down, using ▲ and ▼ for the arrow keys. That can be confusing when looking for existing shortcuts.
