Replaced my 20+ yr old AC and it's kinda crazy the difference between the runtime of the old and new one just to maintain the target temp at night! The old one ran for about 30 minutes every hour to maintain setpoint. New one only runs for 10 minutes every hour. Both systems are the same tonnage, but the old one was low on refrigerant and the new one on paper is already 33% more efficient due to a higher SEER rating. Really excited to see how this impacts my power bill!
