The anti-housing people sending me flyers in the mail claim one place is "mostly studios; 80% luxury". I don't think I've ever seen anything I'd call a Luxury (393sqft) Studio... Also the filed plans have 8 studio, 20 one bedroom, and 6 two bedroom units. It looks decent for small apartments.

@vathpela@infosec.exchange eh, I know what they mean. It's a small unit with high-end finishes and nice appliances, intended to be bought and rented out as an airbnb. Vancouver was stuffed with them from 2012-2022 (approx). Something like https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/30231612/116-5212-cambie-street-vancouver . Definite real estate boom stuff.
