i was gonna say "hey maybe i can use this as an excuse to watch X" and the spouse sent me her list that had Black Sunday on it and my mind just went "GIVE ME BAVA!! IT'S BEEN TOO LONG SINCE I WATCHED BAVA"

oh! it came back to me. Bell Book and Candle (1958). cute witchy film with Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak (came out the same year as Vertigo) and also has Jack Lemmon and Elsa Lanchester would not be sad if we landed on watching that
