In a public place, sitting next to a guy who plays his Tiktoks at full volume and wants to show me the videos that amaze him me: “That’s AI” guy: “what? No look at this, the cat caught this baby that fell from a window” me, icy contempt: “It’s OBVIOUSLY ai” I try to be a compassionate person especially about technology but I am a classist elitist at heart I guess
