It's difficult to find words to express how baffling and fucked up it is that two countries (and, of course, the people leading them) can do whatever they want to almost anyone else and get away with it. I'd like to think that soon enough those in charge will at least go to prison to pay (?) for what they have done, but it's difficult to imagine that when bombs fall freely, killing people who are trying to live their lives in places where it's already unimaginably difficult (for someone in most of Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a handful of other places) to do so. Sadness, helplessness, disorientation, bafflement, nothing quite covers it all...
