@jmsole@typo.social When new evils come along to continue what they've been doing for centuries, the old ones will be in prison or in their graves. I can't think of anything else but to burn it all the fuck down, abolish everything, destroy it until the world comes to an end.

@ibo@typo.social I want to believe humans have the capability to go beyond this, to be better than this. I'd like to think we could make violence disappear, that no dispute is worth taking even a single person's life from them. But it is difficult to sustain such beliefs in the world we live in.
