RE: https://mastodon.world/@jeffowski/116494712016714208 OMG this… bad experiences as a kid totally put me off exercise - my teacher had zero interest if you weren’t sporty, “fond” memories of being paired up with another unfit kid (last two to be picked for a team) against the two biggest meatheads for rugby training who’d ignore the ball and just take us out for lols. Total wanker. Finally found my feet and got into fitness in my late 40’s so at least I got there eventually!
