I just got my kid his first device, an Apple Watch with a standalone cell plan because it’s annoying to use, doesn’t have any social media apps, has no camera, but still has the location tracking feature. Purely for communication. Perfect. But the battery life! Do Apple Watch users really recharge multiple times a day? I had no idea. It’s like a shitty pet.
