We were smashed today because a food 'influencer' posted a reel about us during the week.
This particular one actually reached out to us a few months ago asking for an 'inv' (invite) i.e. free food for content. Which we declined.
So to her credit, she did come on her own dime, which I appreciate.

It's just such a tricky thing to navigate, because it's good publicity, but then it also brings in a lot of people from outside our immediate neighbourhood... The expectations are different because they aren't locals... And it also affects the experience of the locals that have been strong supporters of what we do from the start
