@MikeFromLFE it’s a real shame our societies fail to value everyone equally regardless of their abilities or lack thereof.

@MartinJBreen Indeed - on our last trip she really struggled with Czech and Slovak old-style carriages, as well as lack of empathy from SNCF employees. Lack of seating, working lifts or escalators at some stations caused issues. Don't even think of suggesting that anyone tries to unravel the mysterious world of Europe-wide passenger assistance! (Something that the UK does extremely well, in our experience)
