Yep. Derailleur hanger.
Here’s my derailleur hanger sat on a wrench. The wrench is straight, and the bent derailleur hanger shows a gap between it and the wrench, where it wouldn’t be if it were straight.

Unmounted the derailleur, replaced the derailleur hanger, and then remounted. A quick clean, figured out I’d threaded the chain around the chain tensioner incorrectly, and then fixed. Good as new. Shame about the graze on the mech.
