I'm sure others find it motivating, but engaging in a group exercise while upbeat music plays in the background is one sure way to shut me down. Thankfully I'm here for IT support while these librarians participate in a workshop about "Generational Fluency." The topic is interesting to me, but group activities have always been my nemesis.
