There was a fish and chips place in town that I was curious about and went there one day. It was full of old people. The food was bland and boring. They had a deep fried chocolate bar for dessert so I ordered one and the batter was the same bland batter they used on the fish. Seemed like most the other people there had a regular customer relationship with the servers, so it's probably one group of old people keeping each location in business.
