A crown corporation exists to provide a service **for which there is no viable profit motivation.** If we need or want packages delivered for free, we make a CC to do it. If we need delivery service for a small fee, smaller than the cost + profit margin required by private investment,, we make a CC to do it. Revenue has nothing to do with it. That's just conservative propaganda.
