If there's anything I've learned from multiplying a number by 252,322 it's that it's "close enough".
467,300 kilometres (from nautical miles) or 406,072 kilometres (from Imperial miles)?
Close enough!

@futuresprog Sure, navigation (sea or sky) is in nautical miles, but people in the US and a couple more places usually talk statute miles, so if it's like you say, these people probably understand something like 13% less all the time. But why use the same units as the rest of the world when your units can cause this nice confusion
