@futuresprog even if we come@through this crisis better than he predicts, this is just a trial run for the next 10-20 years as oil becomes more difficult and expensive to extract.

That’s right. The end of fossil fuels is about 15 years away at any point. Why bother shifting to a slightly more expensive EV now? Why not buy a fossil fuel burner and continue as usual when it’s always a problem for the future. I’ve got out of the fossil fuel game (except my lawn mower!!!) and don’t care about prices directly. We’re going to keep doing this until there is no respite. @alpinefolk
