Wills recommended Age of federalism,which I own but havent read.The intro is very pro wood,who I think mocked wills for saying the 3/5 clause matter d.That he wldnt talk to women is funny.But I have to read that & the dueling volumes that I think cover next period in Oxford series.One approved by wood & one not.
