@sleepybisexual society treats kids like they're not humans, so instead of, say, addressing the underlying issues of why they might not care to pay attention in class or learn, and actually improving those things so they actually will, they think that just banning the phones will fix it, as if that will actually make them pay attention, as if it'll actually solve anything, as if it won't just cause them to rebel more because adults are trying to take away their means of communication and expression.
